摘要: Despite the extensive research carried out in field of cancer therapeutics, is one most dreadful diseases world with no definitive treatment to date. The key attributes responsible for this are various limiting factors associated conventional chemotherapeutics that primarily include adverse side-effects and development chemoresistance. Hence, there an utter need find compounds highly safe efficacious prevention cancer. Boswellic acid, a group pentacyclic compounds, seems be promising enough due its inherent anti-cancerous properties. Considering perspective, present review highlights established studies related anti-cancer potential boswellic acid against different types. molecular mechanisms underlying targets accountable potent effect also discussed. Overall, projects pieces evidence reveal as suitable candidate can appropriately developed designed into drug.
