摘要: The risk of port-site recurrence after laparoscopic management digestive cancer is a serious cause concern for surgeons. Among the various factors affecting tumor seeding and growth, immune changes induced by procedure may play major role. These in cell-mediated immunity have mainly been investigated experimental studies, information on immunological status patients limited, restricted to small number acute phase protein, cytokine hormone serological assays few clinical sometimes linked investigations systemic status.
