摘要: 1.1 Marek’s disease virus (MDV) belongs to the alphaherpesvirus family, like Herpes simplex viruses 1 and 2 (HSV-1 HSV-2) varicella zoster (VZV). Disease Virus is etiologic agent of (MD), a highly contagious malignant lymphoma chickens. (Morimura, et al. 1998). (MD) was first described by Jozsef Marek in 1907 as fowl paralysis caused mononuclear infiltration into sciatic nerve plexi (Marek, 1907). lymphoproliferative neuropatic domestic chickens and, less commonly, turkeys quails (Payne & Venugopal, 2000). Generally, four different clinical forms are recognized flocks infected with MDV: A) Classical or neuronal form; B) Acute C) Transient D) mortality syndrome.
