摘要: The association between diet and the rumen microbiota for wild animals remains largely unexplored. Here, we explored this using a combination of 16S rRNA gene sequencing to determine prokaryote 18S dietary components roe deer. These analyses revealed wide diversity components, with over-representation Bacteroidetes diet-correlating bacteria. Ruminococcus, on other hand, dominated stable diet-independent part microbiota. Taken together, provide novel insight into ecology.
