摘要: Abstract The aim of the trial was to prepare a thermosensitive vehicles for methotrexate which, after implantation solid tumour, could form in situ specific implant releasing active substance at site application. Pluronic F-127 with certain additives, i.e. lactose, glucose, propylene glycol, glycerol and sodium phosphate used investigations. sol-gel transition temperature obtained systems increasing various shear rates as well their physicochemical properties were investigated. All prepared underwent physiological ranges temperature. Methotrexate release from selected formulations approached zero order kinetics investigations have shown that use concentration 14.8% construction drug carriers enables obtain such that, depending on presence additives concentration, provides any time. Analysis investigated formula tions, pH, osmotic pressure, density allows believe administration by means thin needle should not be problematic they will irritate tissues or cause pain
