摘要: THE offspring of mothers given steroid hormones for the maintenance at-risk pregnancy provide a human population equivalent to experimental animals investigating early hormone effects on behaviour and personality1. Although patients showing genetically induced clinical endocrine syndromes2 associated with diminished or augmented prenatal levels have been used as an alternative source subjects, they are less useful, results attributed altered environment can also be genes linked primary disfunction. Investigations using hormone-supported pregnancies animal studies because in both cases intervention is exogenous. We report here that exposure synthetic progestins oestrogens affects later personality humans.
