摘要: Fractures of the frontal sinus occur from extreme forces and are often associated with other injuries. Management fractures is variable dependent on involvement anterior table, posterior outflow tract. Severe complications can developed poorly managed fractures, such as meningitis, mucocele, mucopyocele, brain abscess. Surgeons should be aware appropriate management surgical techniques for addressing fractures. Herein, we review presentation including conservative, endoscopic, open techniques.
