摘要: Circulating cell-free DNA represents a non-invasive biomarker, as it can be isolated from human plasma, serum and other body fluids. tumor shed primary metastatic cancers may allow the analysis of evolution genomes during treatment disease progression through 'liquid biopsies'. The serial monitoring genotypes, which are instable prone to changes under selection pressure, is becoming increasingly possible. "liquid biopsy" provide novel biological insights into process metastasis elucidate signaling pathways involved in cell invasiveness competence. This review will focus on clinical utility circulating free main solid tumors, including genetic epigenetic alterations that detected.
