摘要: Aim The aims of this study were to investigate new nano-formulations based on ZnO and Ag nanoparticle (NP) compounds when used against clinical strains oral gram-positive gram-negative bacteria, examine the stability behaviour nano-formulation mixtures in saliva different compositions NPs, NPs ZnO+x·Ag NPs. Methods: with without nanosilver obtained by microwave solvothermal synthesis. Then, antibacterial activity was evaluated bacteria isolated from human saliva. Behavior solutions control (artificial deionized water). Results statistically compared. NP had an average size 30±3 nm, while commercial 55±5 nm. suspensions displayed differing activities kinetics destabilisation processes, depending composition fluid types. Conclusion present showed that all significant high over 24 h analyses. agglomeration processes can be reversible.
