摘要: A comprehensive analysis of the TP53 gene and its protein status was carried out on a panel 56 colorectal cancer cell lines. This based combination denaturing HPLC mutation screening all exons p53 gene, sequencing cDNA, assessing function by assaying induced expression phosphorylated p21 after exposing cells to γ-rays.
