摘要: The hormone, auxin, plays an important role in the differentiation and growth of plant cells. A number auxin-responsive genes have been characterized but until now minimal cis-elements within these promoter regions not identified. Here we show that two related DNA sequences 21 base pairs can respond to auxin treatment transgenic tobacco. In contrast, treatments with cytokinin or abscisic acid do cause any apparent increase activity cis-acting elements. These are present nopaline synthase gene from T-DNA Agrobacterium tumefaciens 35 S cauliflower mosaic virus. Both shown be binding sites for tobacco transcription factor ASF-1. Pretreatment leaves cycloheximide does inhibit response treatment, suggesting hormone sensitivity elements involve de novo synthesis addition, some bind ASF-1 vitro. Based on results, propose transcriptional activation by may modulated through modification pre-existing factors. Our results also suggest a mediating effects vivo.
