摘要: Wheat (Triticum aestivum) germin is a homopentameric glycoprotein whose synthesis allied with seed germination. Germin pentamers show an unusual resistance to dissociation and possess oxalate oxidase (OxO) activity. In order increase our knowledge of gene expression, the function(s) during development possible uses in plant genetic engineering, vivo expression system required.
