摘要: Conformal metasurfaces are even more diffused in different fields from optics to electromagnetics. Advanced applications, as making object invisible incident also known cloaking, require high precision realizations, since the resonant answer of system is very sensitive geometry details. Practical realizations provocative, material characteristics and mechanical restrictions should be considered. Multi- inter-disciplinary interactions mandatory overcome such technological challenges. Due its excellent esthetic characteristics, good physical properties, Aluminium widely used for deposition on substrates: chemical vapor depositions suitable micro-metallization process realization multilayered structures. This paper presents some results about behavior a cylindrical-shape realized by Al films flexible, polymeric organosilicon substrate.
