Children's and Adults' Learning of a Visuomanual Coordination: Role of Ongoing Visual Feedback and of Spatial Errors as a Function of Age:

摘要: The role of ongoing visual feedback and spatial errors in learning a target-aimed task was investigated 6-, 8-, 11-yr.-old children, young adults. In each the four age groups, 16 subjects were randomly assigned to one three conditions (either with or without vision limb final error). All tested before after session. Before learning, directional bias larger for 8-yr.-old children target undershooting greater After error, amplitude direction improved all groups. Nevertheless, accuracy during session increased more slowly than limb, 6- only, demonstrating specific at these ages.
