摘要: Abstract In previous studies, the stimulatory effect on immunological function and adaptive response in splenocytes were found after exposure of mice to low-dose whole-body irradiation (LD-WBI). Protein synthesis was be required for these responses. The present study, therefore, attempts investigate protein changes mouse LD-WBI. Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis used show alterations proteins nuclei, cytoplasm extracellular fluid at 4 h exposed 75 mGy X-rays. As compared control, changed expressions 20, 15 6 proteins, sizes ranging from 10 69 kDa with p I 5.0–8.2, splenocytes, respectively. One protein, shown control mice, appeared Two cytoplasm, one nuclei Time-course varied different These results suggest that redistribution between intracellular compartments occurred extract LD-WBI fractionated by Sephadex G-100. Fractions 61–80 contained able protect lymphocytes vitro radiation-induced chromosome aberrations. findings are importance elucidating mechanisms immuno-enhancement induced radiation, although features functions remain elucidated future studies.
