摘要: This paper examines the issues surrounding cultural transfer of educational practices and institutions between industrialised countries developing societies. It pays particular attention to adult education, – using case study Folk High Schools Sweden Development Colleges Tanzania 1975 1996 it tries develop an argument about conditions under which such transfers may be successful. suggests that there needs something a match ideologies, discourse functions institution within both societies; more than one element any system would assist take-up; issue whether is top-down or bottom-up also important; are most successful when receiving society takes control comes own adapt their usages.
