摘要: This review focuses on how to effectively increase access and quality in higher education developing countries. One hundred seventy-five research papers the impact of policies methods provision access, gender issues countries, available English language, were systematically reviewed. The majority studies fell into six main categories: affirmative action; cross-border, distance open education; financial policies/programmes (including cost-sharing student loan programmes); technical vocational training (TVET); institutional type.
