摘要: This article discusses Africa’s deepening marginalization in the globalization of production, finance, and labor. It underscores critical development issues that result from, are exacerbated by, context unequal global distribution economic political power: illicit financial flows tax evasion, brain drain, an increasing incidence noncommunicable diseases, disproportionate burden environmental degradation is shouldered by African continent. also offers some policy suggestions to address these at national regional levels. Resume: Cet traite de la marginalisation croissante l’Afrique face a mondialisation des finances et du monde travail. Il met en evidence questions critiques developpement qui non seulement resultent mais sont aussi exacerbes par elle notamment dans le contexte repartition mondiale inegale pouvoir economique politique: les flux financiers illicites l’evasion fiscale, fuite cerveaux, une maladies transmissibles charge disproportionnee l’environnement est assumee continent africain. propose egalement quelques programmes politiques pour traiter ces aux niveaux regional.
