摘要: Because of its physical and mechanical properties, the odontologic applications ultrasound are increasing. A new application ultrasonic generators involves lateral approach maxillary sinus in augmentation. The procedure may provide important advantages over conventional ostectomy using diamond drills, as it reduces risk perforating Schneiderian membrane, improves vision hygiene operating area, provides a more conservative controlled osseous incision.
