摘要: In this work, microwave-assisted technique was applied in the synthesis of different metal oxide nanostructures for gas sensing applications. Chemoresistive devices consisting a thick layer SnO2, ZnO, Cd(OH)2 and CdO on interdigitate alumina substrates were fabricated their characteristics investigated. Sensor based these exhibited good performance monitoring low concentrations toxic gases.
