摘要: Microwave-assisted route for the synthesis of nanomaterials has gained importance in field synthetic technology because its faster, cleaner and cost effectiveness than other conventional wet chemical methods preparation metal oxide nanoparticles. In present work, nanoparticles viz., γ-Fe2O3, NiO, ZnO, CuO Co-γ-Fe2O3 were carried out by microwave-assisted through thermal decomposition their respective oxalate precursors employing polyvinyl alcohol as a fuel. The are then characterized size γ to α (in γ-Fe2O3) transition structure powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern, high-temperature (HTXRD) pattern Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectral studies. morphology samples ranged from nanorods irregular-shaped particles different on basis scanning electron microscopy transmission images. Frequency-dependent dielectric study ferrite (γ-Fe2O3 Co-Fe2O3) showed similar behaviour, where constant decreased rapidly with increase frequency. Possible explanation this behaviour is given.
