摘要: LysPE40 is a modified form of Pseudomonas exotoxin that lacks the cell-binding domain and has chemically reactive lysine residue near amino terminus. made in Escherichia coli secreted into medium from which it readily purified. Two immunotoxins were constructed by coupling to an antibody human transferrin receptor (TFR) or interleukin-2 receptor. These selectively cytotoxic receptor-bearing cells tissue culture. Anti-TFR-LysPE40 given intraperitoneally mice appeared rapidly blood caused regression A431 tumors growing as subcutaneous xenografts. results show possible cause solid carcinoma immunotoxin if proper targeting can be achieved.
