摘要: In this review we present recent theoretical results concerning investigations of single subsurface defects by means a scanning tunneling microscope (STM). These are based on the effect quantum interference between electron partial waves that directly transmitted through contact and scattered defect. particular, have shown possibility imaging defect position below metal surface STM. Different types been discussed: point-like magnetic nonmagnetic defects, clusters in host metal, s-wave superconductor. The Fermi anisotropy has analyzed. Also, strong field to STM conductance tunnel point presence presented.
