摘要: We present a theoretical study of the spatial distribution local density states (LDOS) and magnetization (LMD) in vicinity magnetic point-defect degenerate two-dimensional electron gas with mixed Rashba-Dresselhaus spin-orbit coupling interaction (SOI). The dependence Friedel oscillations, which arise under these conditions, on ratio SOI constants is investigated. obtain asymptotic expressions for oscillatory parts LDOS LMD, that are accurate large distances from defect. It shown, oscillations significantly anisotropic contain several harmonics certain ratios constants. Period directions along symmetry axes Fermi contours determined. Finally, we introduce method determining values two by measuring period LMD different harmonics.
