摘要: Small amounts of genetically foreign cells (microchimerism, Mc) traffic between a mother and fetus during pregnancy. Commonly, these grafts durably persist. For women, multiple naturally acquired Mc can accrue, as they harbor from their own mothers (maternal Mc, MMc) subsequently acquire fetal (FMc) through The nature interactions may inform, be informed by, observations in transplantation, including the effect noninherited maternal HLA antigens (NIMA) double-unit cord blood transplantation (CBT). We asked whether FMc MMc are impacted by addition new evaluated increasing parity. was identified quantitative PCR for nonshared polymorphism unique to source. These suggest that occur among interest light recent graft-graft interaction resulting predominance unit CBT correlation NIMA effect.
