摘要: Commensal bacteria act as important reservoirs of virulence and resistance genes. However, existing data are generally only focused on the analysis human or human-related bacterial populations. There is a lack genomic studies regarding commensal from hosts less exposed to antibiotics other selective forces due activities, such wildlife. In present study, genomes thirty-eight E. coli strains gut various wild animals were sequenced. The their accessory genome yielded better understanding role mobilome inter-bacterial dissemination mosaic plasmids. study presence composition CRISPR/Cas systems in showed some viral plasmid sequences among spacers, well relationship between phylogeny. Further, we constructed single nucleotide polymorphisms-based core tree with different sources (humans, livestock, food extraintestinal environments). Bacteria humans highly human-influenced settings exhibit similar genetic patterns CRISPR-Cas systems, plasmids virulence/resistance genes-carrying modules. These observations, together absence significant changes genome, suggest an ongoing flow both mobile elements lineages natural ecosystems.
