摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses clinical controversies in tardive dyskinesia. If neuroleptic treatment is taken as the defining characteristic, buccolinguo-masticatory (BLM) triad found regardless of medical diagnosis. One approach to drawing up boundaries dyskinesia subtract from total neurological phenomena associated with those syndromes relatively clear diagnostic (parkinsonism, acute dystonias) and then consider what remains. Multivariate analysis defines two clusters phenomena, which might legitimately be considered subsyndromes dyskinesia—a cephalic a trunk/limb In view aetiopathological implication drugs dyskinesia, it rather surprising that neither dosage nor length exposure has been shown relate clearly risk
