摘要: summary The components of leghaemoglobin (Lb) from twelve different Pisum sativum L. cvs and three near-isogenic foliar mutants were investigated by anion-exchange high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Five Lb component profiles could he found. The number varied four to six dependent on cultivar used. An pattern composed be detected in thirteen P. cultivars lines. Ten them showed an identical profile. In nodules each cultivar, the two known major components, LbI LbV, but also LbIV, detected. Additionally, cultivar-specific identified, representing up 10%, total Lb. One these LbIII, has been described previously, new (LbII, LbVI, LbVII) presence all HPLC was confirmed analytical isoelectric focusing. Further, it shown that age-dependent changes relative concentrations LbV are common variations independent breeding lines cultivars.
