摘要: Abstract Although previous studies have shown that coronary atherosclerosis is accompanied by impaired vessel wall compliance, few data exist regarding the regional distensibility may be important in order to gain an insight into mechanism of atherosclerotic plaque rupture. Therefore, we analyzed 45 sites proximal left anterior descending artery from 40 patients. Using intravascular ultrasound, luminal area diastole (A) and systole was measured at diseased sites. With ratio changes (dA) pressure (dP) during a cardiac cycle, total index obtained formula: [(dA/A)/dP] × 10 3 . At with noncircumferential disease perimeters (L) were normal narrowed portions. (dL) [(dL/L)/dP] In 22 circumferential disease, 1.03 ± 0.61/mm Hg (mean SD), significantly lower than 23 showed 1.45 0.89/mm (p To examine heterogeneity determined ultrasound. The portion portions, suggesting presence heterogeneous disease; this explain part disarrangement mainly occurs shoulder disease.
