摘要: Abstract Background Diclofenac is commonly prescribed Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAIDs) as it has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-pyretic properties. Long term usage over-dosage of diclofenac associated with adverse effects like drug-induced liver injury, gastrointestinal renal toxicity. The therapeutic uses medicinal plants have gained a prominent role in recent years. Madhuca longifolia tree found throughout India, which known to several pharmacological activities. aim our study investigate the potential effect ethanolic methanolic leaf extracts M. against diclofenac-induced Methods rats used for experiment were divided into seven groups. Group-1 was normal control. Group-2 administered (50 mg/kg b.w./day/ip) on 4th 5th day. Group-3 treated ELEML (500 mg/kg b.w./day/po) all 5 days. Group-4 MLEML Standard drug silymarin (25 mg/kg given group-5 along diclofenac. Group-6 group–7 extract respectively. After period, evaluated parameters markers, antioxidants histopathological changes. Results This proved beneficial toxicity wherein showed better result than extract. Conclusion Our concluded methonolic DFC-induced proves that hepato, gastro female Wistar albino rats. It can further be studied understand its mechanism treating
