摘要: Abstract Since 1969 an empirical relation has been suggested by Sastry and Mulimani that connects the formation enthalpy h of a Schottky defect in insulators with Debye temperature Θ D . By considering classical Lindemann rule between melting T M above empi_rcal finally leads to correlation TM.
