摘要: This paper analyzes the conditions of interior comfort in passive houses winter, depending on daily variation indoor air temperature under sealed envelope conditions. Shows, based data obtained by real-time instrumentation rehabilitated housing, that is possible to achieve compatible with energy poverty situations without active cooling systems. Proposes adaptation passivhaus standard for rehabilitation existing buildings, focusing actions improving quality and continuity thermal envelope, minimizing infiltration ensuring installing an ventilation system double flow heat recovery.
