摘要: Spain’s recent growth model, much too tightly bound to opportunistic property development, is unquestionably the least sustainable in Europe. The rise rate of country’s historically high energy dependence, which at no time last decade dipped below 80%, stands as proof such unsustainability. need build housing with new, built-in passive strategies and active techniques geared savings, effi ciency enhanced domestic comfort, growing complexity associated solutions, are factors that indisputably transcend limits traditional design construction. That fast declining model has merely replaced skilled labour, a legacy former structures organized around trades, willing but unskilled labour immigrant workers. In this new context, will surely be key concept open gates renovated industrialization: savings from outset through controlled manufacturing; worksite ciencies deriving speedier construction; during building’s service life result technology deployed; even when building longer usable, preparing it for "good death": recycling. All foregoing undoubtedly parameters considerable signifi cance sustainability paradigm. Open product catalogues needed recover industry architecture. view paucity catalogues, however, few do exist must modifi ed or "tuned" fi rst step toward instituting sound general industrialization.
