摘要: Profibrotic growth factors and inflammatory chemokines have been implicated in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy (DN). However, measurement urinary monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) connective tissue factor (CCN2) as prognostic markers has not previously reported, neither two such molecules urine examined a single study DN. In this prospective observational study, 43 adult patients were studied, 40 followed up for 6years. Urinary MCP-1/creatinine ratios found to be significantly higher with macroalbuminuria (3.3- 2.1-fold (p<0.01) than normoalbuminuric microalbuminuric patients, respectively). CCN2 exhibited pattern different from that MCP-1. CCN2/creatinine greatly elevated both macroalbuminuric (125- 74-fold respectively, p<0.01 p<0.05, Further, CCN2, but MCP-1, correlated progression microalbuminuria (R=0.49, p<0.05). contrast, rate eGFR decline all (R=0.61, p<0.0001), reflective its predictive value macroalbuminuria, or normoalbuminuria. conclusion, increased is associated early DN, whereas MCP-1 later stage disease.
