摘要: The changes in nasal function which occur after septorhinoplasty for obstruction were investigated by anterior rhinomanometry 15 subjects. Objective and subjective measures of outcome compared. Anterior was performed decongestion. These data mathematically transformed to determine the amount airflow asymmetry through nostrils stiffness valve. results suggested that presence gross (> +/- 80%) patients prior surgery a bad prognostic indicator post-operative satisfaction with airway. Patient cosmetic appearance post-operatively correlated symmetrical airflow. Nasal valve did not seem be affected septorhinoplasty.
