摘要: During the summer and fall of 1996 ambient air samples were collected using a high-volume wet cyclone sampler positioned 2 m above ground level in an agricultural area near Corvallis, OR. Samples for approximately 2-hr periods from 0500 to 2100 hr on 11 days. Total culturable atmospheric bacterial (TAB CAB) concentrations determined epifluorescence microscopy filtration-culture methods. It was found that CAB concentration atmosphere lowest at dawn, gradually increased sunrise reach maximum afternoon, finally decreased evening. The TAB load had similar but much less pronounced trend. geometric mean about 27 222 times greater than atmosphere. A higher determination suggests bacteria might play role expected when is used as investigation method allergic disease ecol...
