摘要: The present invention is a low-temperature controlled method for producing high-quality, ultrafine monodispersed nanocrystalline microsphere powders of barium titanate and other pure or composite oxide materials having particles ranging from nanosized to micronsized particles. the subject comprises two-stage process. first stage produces high quality hydrous titania prepared by homogeneous precipitation via dielectric tuning in alcohol-water mixed solutions inorganic salts. Titanium tetrachloride used as an salt precursor material. second converts into crystalline low-temperature, hydrothermal reactions.
