摘要: The present invention relates to a hydrothermal synthesis for preparing barium titanate powder as the essential material multi-layer ceramic capacitor. object of is prepare having high purity, particle size submicron order, uniform distribution and excellent crys tallinity , by reacting hydrous titanic acid compound prepared via sulfuric process with crystalline titanium oxide hydroxide, starting material, at temperature between 60 °C 300 under pressure 5 Kgf/cm2 50 Kgf/cm2. according provides Ba/Ti molar ratio 1.000±0.002 purity applying calcination reductive condition solid product obtained from substances, convert sulfate, which was produced residual sulfide in raw titanate.
