摘要: Abstract As the magnitude of cold pain probably depends on blood flow and thus internal limb temperature, activated nociceptors should be close to or within walls veins. This hypothesis was tested by injecting small quantities (20 ml) saline into an empty vein hand in 16 subjects. Saline temperatures below 26°C elicited pure sensations whereas 20°C evoked both sensations. Pain mainly described as deep it tended radiate along With 5°C tolerance level several subjects reached. always appeared after disappeared before together with cold. The results can explained basis two types vascular receptors: a sensitive specific receptor nociceptor threshold around
