摘要: By monitoring the characteristic fluorescent radiation excited by x-ray standing waves we have been able to distinguish two different kinds of lattice sites in a heteropolar crystal GaAs. The strong extinction effects that mask position-dependent signal were minimized adopting suitable detector geometry.
