摘要: Cells are continuously exposed to diverse stimuli ranging from soluble endocrine and paracrine factors signalling molecules on neighbouring cells. Receptors of the tyrosine kinase family play an important role in integration interpretation these external stimuli, allowing a cell respond appropriately its environment. The activation receptor kinases (RTKs) is tightly controlled, normal correctly integrate environment with internal signal transduction pathways. In contrast, due numerous molecular alterations arising during course malignancy, tumour characterized by abnormal response environment, which allows cancer cells evade mechanisms controlling cellular proliferation. Alterations expression various RTKs, their activation, lying downstream receptors roles development cancer. This topic major focus thematic review section this issue Breast Cancer Research.
