摘要: Transactivation of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is a well-documented mechanism by which vasoactive peptides and H2O2 elicit their cellular responses. However, role for the insulin-like type-1 (IGF-1R) transactivation in mediating effects angiotensin II (Ang II) vascular smooth muscle cells from different artery types have also been recently recognized. By using series pharmacological inhibitors various tyrosine kinases direct analysis phosphorylation status β-subunit IGF-1R, requirement this Ang response has demonstrated. This review discusses some studies that highlight importance IGF-1R II- H2O2-induced mitogen-activated protein kinase B signaling pathways.
