摘要: The activation of plasma prekallikrein by single-chain factor XII has been studied in the presence high molecular weight kininogen and kaolin. data indicate that can initiate blood coagulation, fibrinolysis or kinin generation kaolin does so converting to kallikrein. An enzyme cascade is then generated leading formation fibrin, plasmin bradykinin three closely related physiological events.
