摘要: The clotting and fibrinolytic systems are activated by tissue factor tissue-type plasminogen activator in the pericardial cavity, where thrombogenicity is greater than that of surface modern extracorporeal circuits. This local activation may have consequences for systemic processes during cardiopulmonary bypass. To test this hypothesis, we investigated blood interrupting suction from cavity bypass clinical coronary artery operations. In collected thrombin-antithrombin III complex (p < 0.01), antigen 0.05), fibrinogen degradation products fibrin 0.01) were significantly higher blood. Plasma heparin was consumed 0.01). Once returned to circulation after resumed bypass, product 0.05) concentrations increased effects on fibrinolysis also studied vitro. When human plasma incubated 5 minutes with rabbit pericardium at reduced concentrations, found significant generation thrombin plasmin 0.05). If inhibitor hirudin added, inhibited results experimental study agreement our hypothesis accelerate sequentially under conditions low contributes highly activation, affecting hemostasis Topical use therefore seems indicated reduce
