摘要: Over the last few decades, vascular endothelium has emerged as a central mediator of biochemical events that underlie preoperative, operative, and postoperative course nearly all patients who undergo cardiovascular interventional procedures surgery. While initially felt to be passive bystander whole-body response cardiac surgery, it is now clear dynamic organ which regulator tone, vasomotor function, coagulation, cellular interactions. Although in physiologically unstressed state role maintain intravascular homeostasis, also serves critical injury. Specifically, terms modulates systemic inflammatory response, changing impacting coagulation responses, initiating intimal hyperplastic mediating chronic changes leading atherosclerosis.
