摘要: Metals are essential cofactors that play a crucial role in heart function at the cell and tissue level. Information regarding of metals pericardial fluid its ionome ischemic disease (IHD) is limited. We aimed to determine association elements serum samples IHD patients their correlation with systolic diastolic function. have been studied dysfunction categorized on basis echocardiographic parameters. measured concentrations sixteen 46 obtained during open surgery by ICP-MS. The levels chromium nickel were significantly higher as compared (p 45% < 0.05). There was no significant difference grade 0–1 2 patients. also found decreased concentration these associated These results suggest may reflect extent disease. findings hypothesis generating regards pathogenesis disorder.
