摘要: Abstract The effect of neonatal masseteric nerve transection on primary proprioceptors was examined in the mesencephalic trigeminal tract nucleus (Mes5) rat. At 72 h to 21 days after injury, number Mes5 neurons decreased side ipsilateral transection. means ± SD percentage proportion ipsilateral/contralateral at and were 69.9 ± 7.5% 58.2 ± 14.6%, respectively. application brain-derived neurotrophic factor proximal stump delayed loss injury; mean numbers ± SD contralateral injured animals with BDNF 553.6 ± 61.9 558.4 ± 55.3, Saline had no injury-induced neurons; i.e., 367.3 ± 72.5 543 ± 33.5, These findings indicate that are sensitive injury. survival during early postnatal period is probably dependent upon nervous system.
