摘要: Abstract Within the semi-classical theory, energy loss scattering may be calculated in an electrostatic limit. The range of interaction is then dominated by response probed system and not Coulomb potential swift electron. General quantum mechanical considerations lead to conclusion that approach very good for high-energy electron scattering, provide a framework evaluation using small probes. Excitation localized state, or electron-hole pair, highly modified presence dielectric screening within solid. This visualized as field bulk, closely related charge density wake which trails spatial resolution this situation less than 0.5 nm.
