摘要: A linear regression model has been developed for the prediction of indoor (222)Rn in Danish houses. The provides proxy radon concentrations about 21,000 houses a case-control study on possible association between residential and childhood cancer (primarily leukaemia). was calibrated against measurements 3116 An independent dataset with 788 house used performance assessment. includes nine explanatory variables, which most important ones are type geology. All variables available from central databases. fitted to log-transformed it an R(2) 40%. uncertainty associated individual predictions (untransformed) is factor 2.0 (one standard deviation). comparison test data shows that makes sound errors only weakly correlated estimates themselves (R(2) = 10%).
