摘要: Abstract The Liangshan prefecture in Sichuan province is an area China severely affected by the HIV epidemic, with intravenous drug use (IDU) as main risk factor. No reports on subtypes prevalent IDUs could be found. In this study, we have characterized genotypes of HIV-1 IDU population and further determined phylogenetic relationship CRF07_BC strains to sequences from other regions China, including Xinjiang Yunnan provinces, explore pattern possible diffusion pathway these regions.
